We visited your outlet at Oxford Street, The lady attending to us, Soleny had only been working for a week, but she was exceptionally helpful in our purchase. She suggested options, responded promptly to our request, and displayed excellent skills. You must have a great employment scheme to source such talented individuals.

I was looking for an item and I asked one of the workers her name was Nesrine she looked busy and she went out of her way to find the item for me in the back even though there was low stock. She was kind, understanding and she was quick.

Would have rated zero for customer service if such was an option here. Terrible customer service by the black girl at counter. I went at Oxford street outlet two days back and while making payment for my exchange item, my enquiry wasn’t dealt in any polite manner rather it was rude of her to right away ask me to say her yes or no which is super horrible of her to have spoken to me like that. Never gonna buy again from mango !!! @mango how could you hire just anyone with no customer service experience or simply basic manners to talk to customers?

A lovely store with lots of options. The staff were really kind and pleasant. Angelina was very helpful in finding me some clothes for my wife for Christmas.

Extremely rude and terrible cashier/ (or maybe store manager). My wife is pregnant and she was taking the clothes off slowly as the store closed and then we were told twice by staff to leave in span of 30 seconds and it was ok. But then again right after this rude guy said loudly please leave as if you can take the clothes (including leather boots) off just by saying it! Of course it takes 2 minutes to take it off and then wear your clothes. And even to that I simply nodded. But then 10 seconds after he again very very loudly asked security to address us being in the store. Even the staff and security himself was surprised. How many times you say to a person to leave while the person literally cant because he/she has to take the clothes off and on. I did not say a word but this was extremely rude and terrible attitude from the person at the cashier. Never ever will recommend this store to anyone in London. I am a tourist here and this really ruined my night. I could make a scene but I didnt and then later I realized this terrible behavior should not be ignored and I decided to write this for everybody to see.

Very poor attitude of staff, one female staff in particular. I visited the store on 4th Sep to exchange some of the gifted items but simple things were made so complicated. I was trying to explain what I want but they stopped being friendly once they were unable to understand my ask. I suggested something which as per them was not possible, however other branch had already assured me that it can be done. So, I suggested a new option which was very clear & easy to do but the way that staff got stuck on the previous option which I didn't even want now & the way she was asking to shut me up in order to proceed was unbelievable. She almost threatened me that she won't bill me unless I kept quiet when I was already quiet & asking her not to discuss any more & just complete the transaction.
